Inspired by 35 years of creating advanced sailcloth fabrics, ECOPAK was developed by Challenge Outdoor as the world's only durable and waterproof fabric made from 100% recycled polyester film and fiber. Reclaimed plastic bottles turned into a stunning and eco-friendly textile more durable than traditional laminated nylon? Count us in.

We utilized a beautiful variation of ECOPAK, EPX400, as our main material and RBC400 (Recycled Bag Cloth) as our lining (more info on these incredible materials below). With our signature design and 3D pocketing, we present a unique, eco-friendly version of CAP1, built to handle years of rugged use.

Shell: ECOPAK EPX400, built utilizing a custom 840D CrossPly.

• Coyote: Custom color for EVERGOODS.
• Bright Blue: Stock color custom built in EPX400 for EVERGOODS

Lining: Standard Gray RBC400 (Recycled Bag Cloth in 400 denier weight) with PU coating

Shell and Lining are made of the same woven material.
