Damage caused by wear and tear such as rips or tears, improper use or neglect, UV degradation is not covered under our policy. At our discretion EVERGOODS may repair or replace such goods for a reasonable fee. PRACTICAL LIFETIME Of course, wear and tear is a part of any life well-lived. However, materials will eventually fade or deteriorate and moving parts will wear out. We will cover your product until such time as we deem the product to be worn out and beyond a reasonable repair.
