We utilized a beautiful variation of ECOPAK, EPX400, as our main material and RBC400 (Recycled Bag Cloth) as our lining (more info on these incredible materials below). Then, we utilized PU-coated YKK Zippers for extra weather resistance.

Stretch textile: 4-way mechanical stretch, excellent abrasion resistance, mountain apparel grade quality
Shoulder pad foam: Zote EV50
Frame Sheet: Lightweight, highly durable 1/4 inch XLPE Foam
Zippers: YKK #10 and #8 PU Coated RC Coil Sliders
